Yesterday I came across the site of David Wiseman from the U.S. He makes beautiful chandeliers and branches with ceramic blossoms that light up. It doesn't say alot on his website about how he makes them but I think he fabricates the branches themselves aswell as the flowers.
Anna Tayler's exquisite hand made 'Majestic Magnolia' fairy lights have a similar effect when displayed in a bunch of twisted hazel.
