Today Stella Corrall is sending over some of her new lampshades made from recycled net curtains. Stella pursues a sustainable practice with the simple approach of re-using redundant materials and recycling them into beautiful interior products. As these pendant shades are created from recycled fabrics there are limited numbers in any design and each one has its individuality. The fabric is embedded in plastic so they have longevity and are easy to wipe clean. I'm looking forward to seeing them in real life later on today. Stella makes all sorts of interior products and artworks and has done some exciting commissions, including the placemats for the Big Brother House!
